In today’s society, health and fitness has grown to become one of the most important aspects of our general well-being.
Fitness Ballet finds the balance between achieving and maintaining a good level of flexibility and strength, whilst also acting as a great tool for relaxation.
Fitness Ballet is based on the belief that the art of ballet will increase the flexibility, overall strength and enhance body definition of all participants who regularly attend the classes.
