To reserve a place, you'll need to complete our online booking form. You'll also need to provide a copy of your Exercise to Music certificate. If you cannot upload this with your online booking, please forward a copy by post.
If you have already reserved a place and would like to pay online by debit or credit card (via Paypal), please click the "buy now" button. The total cost is £105, which includes the free Fitness Ballet music CD.You can also pay by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "BK Fitness Limited ".

Important Information
A training place can only be confirmed after receipt of payment and proof of Exercise to Music certificate. Please note, once payment has been made, there are no grounds for a refund. However, a transfer to another date/venue will be permitted if time and space allows .
