Life History:
I am a mother of two children. I have always been interested in fitness and from the age of 14 or 15 have been doing some sort of exercise. Although at some busy stages of my working/ motherhood life I have slowed down the exercise routine, it has always been part of my life and always will be - especially with exciting and different classes like Fitness Ballet!
How long have you been participating in the Fitness Ballet class?
Approximately 1 year.
What made you start the class?
Something different from other fitness classes, hoping it to be fun and have the right combination of exercise, fun and ballet movements. I wanted to learn a little bit about ballet without having to be too serious about it.
Have you noticed any physical changes since trying Fitness Ballet?
Yes, definitely! It has not only basic ballet routines and steps, fantastic muscle toning (legs, arms and stomach), but also the flexibility aspect of it.
It is really good aerobic exercise too. It has a little bit of everything. Fabulous! Thank you, Kirsty!
